Accompanist / Cantor

The cantor announces and leads songs, hymns and acclamations for the congregation. He/she also serves as psalmist. The cantor should have confidence and sing the text with expression. Reading music and having prior vocal experience is important. Training is available for all new cantors.

Opportunities are also available to lead the assembly as an organ, piano, guitar, or instrumental accompanist. Accompanists should be familiar with the Catholic liturgy.

Please call Gail Drinkwine at 320-217-2907 for more information.
